WorkWell’s legacy and distinctive approach to occupational healthcare inspired the services offered by Reli, the first and only Patient Recovery Process Partner. Reli’s suite of services aim to redefine the standards for workers compensation patient recovery process throughout the country.
OUR PHYSICIANS
Scott F. Sheppard, MD

Dr. Sheppard has been with WorkWell for over 20 years and is currently the Medical Director. His areas of expertise are in orthopedic surgery and occupational medicine. Dr. Sheppard travels to all the Pittsburgh area WorkWell locations, enabling patients to receive quality orthopedic consultations and care in a convenient location. He went to medical school at the University of Michigan and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Michelle obtained her Master's degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program from University of Maryland. She has many years of occupational medicine experience, most recently from Bayer Medical Clinic by Medcor. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, and is a DOT Certified Medical Examiner.
Michelle Noschese, CRNP
Shannon Ross, MPA, PA-C
Shannon graduated from Duquesne University with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2003 and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She began her career in Transplant Surgery before transitioning to the Emergency Department and the local Urgent Care where she worked for over 10 years. She has been practicing Occupational Medicine since 2018 and is a certified DOT medical examiner.
Brittany Dwyer, CRNP

Brittany graduated with a Master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program from Chamberlain University. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has a wide range of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a certified DOT medical examiner.
